Breeze has a pretty head, is very friendly, with a sweet disposition. Breeze loves her people attention and though she was never trained under saddle she is easy to work with, she is easy to catch, load, and good to needle, do farrier work etc. Breeze will let you work with her foals and has turned into an excellent mother she is the one mare that you will always find with all the babies following her around in pasture. She is very protective of her foals and gentle with them. She foals with no problems and always has babies with straight legs, baby doll heads, big round eyes, short back lines and nice hips, and her babies always have extremely friendly gentle natures. She might be a smaller mare but she has speed to burn and has an awesome roll back that just comes naturally to her. She has good conformation and the look for western pleasure, but the moves and pedigree to be a cutter or working cow horse.Breeze is registered along with her dam as a grullo, breeze has only a star for white markings. We have had two foals from Breeze, one was grullo and one black. We would consider her a brown toned grullo or possibly not, no matter the color she has super nice foals and has been bred to our silver grullo stallion.
This girl is line bred KING on dam's side of pedigree with lots of proven performance and working cow breeding in her line. Breeze would rank pretty high in the foundation registrys. She stands at 14.3 hands and aprox 1050 pounds..
Breeze has been bred to our stallion POCO ANNES PEPPY for a 2006 foal.
This is one mare that I have never been able to depict on film her true coloring. The one above here is about as close as I have ever come, Breeze is the more brown toned grulla verses the more silver shades of grulla color.
