2004 FOALS
First foal to arrive April 6, 2004 is a beautiful big Grullo Colt, born to owner Mellissa Schmid of Lethbridge, Alberta. Dam is a grullo quarter horse mare, sire is Poco Annes Peppy a grullo quarter horse stallion. This young fella has good bone and broad chest and a beautiful head on him, with lots of leg. Lots of dun factor is already present with leg barring, face masking, striping at the withers, and frosting in the mane and tail already present.
Badge's first filly to arrive born here at our farm is a Silver Grullo Filly
with no white markings. She is out of a dark bay mare with a star Very sweet disposition people friendly and gentle. This filly is Peppy San Badger, Wimpy, Poco Bueno bred.

This little fella belongs to one of our customers. He decided he wanted to come into the world a couple of weeks late. A Bay Roan Colt with lots of leg, a cute head with short foxy ears and a nice short back line, this fella has a dorsal stripe. This fella's line are all small cutting bred horses on the dam's side he carries such names as Peppy San Badger, Pepos Crown Royal, and Strato Chief breeding.
Another Silver Grullo Colt born here at the farm a huge stud colt. This is the first time we got grullo off this silver grullo mare so we are pleased. Hes got tons of dun factor and legs to the moon. Gonna be big, hes got a cute head and friendly disposition, His breeding, Peppy San Badger, Doc Bar, Doc's Prescription, and Poco Bueno bloodlines. This colt was sold as a future stud prospect.
A Red Dun Colt born here at the farm out of a dark grullo mare and Badge. This fella had lots of dun factor, good bone, a very cute head with big eye, he was very smart with the sweetest disposition one could ask for. Unfortunatly we lost this foal's dam and later him, but he stole our hearts in the short while he was with us.

Dun Colt out of a palomino mare. This fella came into the world 2 weeks early too and is shown at one day old. He already has lots of dun factor, a nice broad chest, full hip and an adorable head with only a star for markings.

This is one of our customers foals out of Badge. A cute little Grullo Filly with lots of dun factor, shoulder barring, leg barring and dorsal are all very evident, with a white star to show off her face. Shown here at just a few hours old we will add new updated photos as she gets a little bigger. This filly is double bred Peppy San Badger, with Poco Bueno, Doc Bar and Sugar Bars breeding. Silver Grullo Filly with lots of leg, she has face masking, ear edging, tips, shadowing at the wither, leg barring and wide dorsal already present. A star, strip and faint snip. Very pretty and eligant filly.This little girl is Peppy San Badger, Poco Bueno, and Doc's Prescription bred. Out of silver grullo dam and sire so possibility of being homozygous for the black gene. This filly is headed for the barrels in the future.

Our first 2005 Stud Colt out of Badge and we couldnt be happier with him. A huge Silver Grullo Stud colt just loaded with bold bold dun factor. This fella is going to be a tank just like his dam. Bloodlines of Peppy San Badger, Poco Bueno, Zan Parr Bar, and King Fritz. This colt was sold as a future stallion.
Our last 2005 foal to hit the ground. A cute Liver Chestnut Stud colt with some real flashy chrome, a wide blaze, 2 hind matching socks with flaxen mane and tail. This fella is nice and compact, with a baby doll head, and sweet, sweet disposition. Bloodlines of Peppy San Badger, Poco Bueno, Dun Commander, and King Hankins breeding. This colt was sold as a future stallion and is heading for a show career among other things.

Our first born on the farm a Red Dun Stud Colt, lots of dun factor, star, strip and connecting snip with 4 white pasterns. A very pretty boy and correct. Bloodlines of Zippo Pine Three, Zippo Pat Bars, Coys Bonanza, Tardy Too, Docsen, Peppy San Badger, and Poco Bueno. This handsome colt has been sold as a future stallion prospect and is headed for a show career in reining and working cowhorse.
