Wow this colt has really matured into a super nice stud colt. Very people friendly with a good disposition. He has tons of bold dun factor that stands out boldly on his pale red dun coat, lots of tail and mane frosting already evident this colt is going to be a looker!!! He has a nice broad chest on him with a huge hip and thick bone. He can really move with lots of speed and instant exceleration. This young fella will make a great all around riding mount and should have lots of snap under saddle. Both his parents are very athletic, his sire our stallion Poco Annes Peppy his dam Three Dee Moonshine my future team penning mare. This will be the last foal off of this mare as we do not plan to breed her as she is going to be my own personal riding mare. We could not be happier with the way he has matured!
We have given this fella the barn name of River. He is shedding out to be a very pale red dun with bold dun factor I suspect he has inherited the creme gene from his dam and has for dun factor, a dorsal stripe, striping at the withers, bold ear tips and very bold leg barring, with face masking already evident. This handsome lad comes from two Silver Grullo parents so could possibly be homozygous for the dun gene.
